Join our team in the Analytical and Chemical Lab at our Hebronville, MA location as an Organic Chemist. This position is responsible for providing technical support to production and sales related to chemicals; specifically in making recommendations and problem solving process optimization.

• Synthesize new chemicals for evaluation as plasticizers for PVC.
  
• Develop improved processes for existing products, write laboratory procedures, run routine analyses and interpret and report analytical data.
  
• Interact effectively with production staff to transfer new products / processes into production.

• BS/BA degree in Chemistry required.
  
• Knowledge of organic chemistry and analytical techniques to identify critical connections and patterns and then draw logical conclusions based on in-depth analysis.
  
• 0-2 years of experience in organic chemistry and experience with analytical instrumentation.
  
• Demonstrated ability to identify optimal solutions based on weighing the advantages and disadvantages of alternative approaches.
  
• Ability to think about problems from a new, creative perspective is required for success in the role.
  
• Must have solid computer skills.
  
• Solid communications skills, both written and verbal are required.
