POSITION DESCRIPTION
This position is responsible to identify and evaluate new business opportunities for existing and/or new products and technologies across all TPE market segments. Will Coordinate new product development efforts via the CTC process, focusing on the acceleration of the commercialization of newly developed products and technology
SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS
- BS degree in a technical discipline; MBA is required.
- 5-7 years polymer industry experience in sales, marketing and/or application development.
- Understanding of technical specialty products is also needed.
- Demonstrated successful development and commercial launch of significant new value-added business is also required.

TRAVEL
25-40% overnight travel.
Position requires frequent travel to key collaborators in designated target markets
