PAWTUCKET, RI, December 7, 1998: A new color brochure from Teknor Apex describes the company's eight product lines of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) compounds for extruded wire and cable insulation and jacketing as well as injection-molded plugs and other electrical/electronic components.
The six-page gatefold brochure contains: 1) TPE and PVC product line descriptions; 2) information on Teknor Apex technical capabilities in obtaining approvals for its products by agencies such as UL, NEMA, ASTM, CSA, ISO, ICEA, and SAE; and 3) a grid chart showing which compound families are recommended for 19 major wire and cable applicationsūranging from power cable to fiber optics.
