Drawing on innovative technology for producing flexible vinyl in the form of tiny spherical pellets, Teknor Apex's Tek-Spheres increase manufacturing efficiency and improve end-use performance for rotomolded products such as automotive IP skins and toys. The microbeads offer similar benefits for slush molding. The free-flowing spheres are more versatile and easier to process than vinyl plastisols and drysols. Available in diameters from 0.0060 to 0.020 inches and in several average particle sizes and particle size distribution.
