While the building and construction industry is a major volume user of commodity plastics such as PVC, Chem Polymer's engineering plastics are also established in a variety of applications including:

- Small diameter plumbing fittings
- PVC Window frame fixtures, spacers and accessories
- Conservatory roof brackets
Chem Polymer has successfully developed custom nylon compound solutions for customers manufacturing the above products. These may include formulations containing impact modifiers, glass fibre or mineral reinforcement, and UV stabilizers designed to give specific property performance.
Unfilled Nylon 6 for use in window hinge end cap requiring good overall rigidity and strength with the added assurance of being "UL Listed".
