We have a range of development tools such as MOLDFLOW (flow simulation software) at our disposal, operated by experienced development engineers. Chem Polymer can provide advice throughout the development of a new project, starting with product concept and design, most appropriate material and grade selection, optimum processing though production and quality control.
Processing Optimization
Our Engineers can provide complete advice on mould design and material selection, ensuring that the best production conditions are achieved quickly and efficiently.
Material Analysis
Chem Polymer's laboratory is equipped with a range of analytical technologies, including FT-1R (Fourier Transform InfraRed) and DSC (Differential Scanning Calorimetry) to establish precise mechanical, electrical, and thermal properties.
Our facilities are supported by access to comprehensive back-up from the global technical organization of Teknor Apex.
