Our medical compound starts with our well-established series of ETO and steam sterilizable medical PVC compound for injection and extrusion applications, including DEHP-free and phthalate-free versions. We also have a complete hardness range (from 45 Shore A to 70 Shore D) of irradiation stable compounds which are carefully formulated to withstand the rigors of gamma and e-beam sterilization with minimal color change. All grades in this range comply with USP Class VI.
Our Vital-Line medical PVC compound can be used in:
- Urology, suction, stomach, feeding, and irrigation tubes and components
- Respiratory care and anesthesia administration devices
- Dialysis, blood transfusion/administration and solution infusion sets
Segregated, Regulated Facilities: We have custom-built facilities in our Singapore plant to accommodate regulated manufacturing with separate areas for the production and warehousing of medical compounds.
