The home of 'Chemlon®' and 'Beetle®' thermoplastic, our portfolio includes compounds based on Nylon 6 (PA6), Nylon 66 (PA66), Nylon 6.10 and 6.12. We offer an unlimited combination of these materials with performance-enhancing ingredients from custom-engineered solutions to industry standard grades, including grades:
- Reinforced with glass fibers, glass beads and carbon fibers at loadings up to 55% by weight.
- Filled with mineral fillers including clay, talc, wollastonite, chalk with loading of up to 60% by weight.
- Wear protected by graphite, molybdenum disulphide, PTFE and silicone.
- Stabilized against thermal and UV attack for use in extreme environments.
- Flame retarded using halogen and halogen free technology with the back up of UL listing including GWIT and GWFI.
- Modified for impact resistance, from non-conditioning grades to super tough even at sub zero temperature, enhanced flow, better surface finish, and shorter cycle times.
