Eco-Smart^® Family Safe^® products are free of lead and phthalates, based on the Consumer Products Safety Improvement Act, and are safe for drinking water. The Eco-Smart and Family Safe garden hoses were designed with conservation in mind. These garden hoses have a 9/16 diameter, with a removable flow restrictor, that yields up to a 20% reduction in water flow, conserving our most valuable resource - water. The reduced 9/16 construction uses less material which translates into less material in landfills.
