Nylon 6 Toughened
Nylon 6 exhibits good practical toughness vs. other semi-crystalline polymers. Teknor Apex maintains extensive experience modifying polymers for improved toughness and flexibility. Toughened nylon sometimes referred to as impact modified is the ideal fit for applications that require improved practical toughness. When unreinforced nylon lacks in flexibility or toughness, often toughened nylon can fill the gap. While only one grade is listed below, Teknor Apex maintains the ability to create a product to meet the needs of the application.
