Coronavirus Customer Communication

 Dear Valued Customer:

The continued spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) worldwide continues to be a challenge regarding the best course of action to prevent further migration of the illness.  Our employees’ health and safety remains our first priority and all measures to protect and control the virus are being observed.  As we have previously stated, we are monitoring the WHO, CDC and government protocols to inform our own decisions regarding the safety and health of our employees.

That being said, we have put into action necessary risk mitigation protocols regarding employee travel:

  • We have suspended all business travel in and out of China, Singapore, South Korea, Japan, Iran and throughout Europe.
  • In consideration for the increased number of illnesses in the United States, we are suspending all business travel within North America.
  • There are limits being placed on customer site visits and visitor/customer meetings at all of our US locations until further notice.
  • Business will be conducted and supported working remotely, or from our regional offices.

We will continue to monitor our supply chain and operations to ensure business continuity.  Teknor Apex’s Supply Chain organization continues to track the impact of the Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCoV) outbreak, inclusive of consideration of the continued global spread.

At this time we remain confident, that through alternate sources and planning, we are still maintaining a positive supply position that supports business continuity.

Please be assured that our Customer Service and Sales teams around the world continue to monitor our customers’ orders and work proactively with any customers impacted by delays due to the outbreak.

Sincerely,

Laura Smith
