About the Presenter: David Braun is Industry Manager for Wire & Cable Compounds. He came to Teknor Apex in February 2015 with over 20 years of progressive product development, product management, operations management and general management experience in the Wire & Cable segment, most recently working for 8 years at Cable Components Group, Pawcatuck, CT, and previously at NEPTCO Inc. Pawtucket, RI for 15 years.

David is an active participant in wire and cable industry organizations. He is a member of the IWCS Symposium Committee and in 2012 served as Symposium Chairman. He also participates on the board of the Wire & Cable Industry Suppliers Association (WCISA). He holds seven US patents for electrical shielding, data cable separators and halogen-free compounding technology and has been published in industry trade journals.
