Flexalloy® PVC Elastomers for Building & Construction

Flexalloy® PVC elastomers exhibit improved toughness, abrasion resistance, and low temperature properties and provide resistance to compression set, making them the ideal material for demanding Building and Construction applications. These compounds can be processed on standard PVC equipment.

Flexalloy 9100 Series

Ideal for most general purpose applications, the Flexalloy® 9100 Series offers high-performance qualities such as abrasion resistance, excellent low temperature properties, and compression set resistance. These compounds are available in much softer durometers than standard PVC compounds. 

Sealing Systems

Flexalloy® PVC elastomers are the ideal material choice for seals and gaskets, given their flexibility, ability to withstand extreme temperatures, and excellent chemical resistance. Products made with these compounds demonstrate superior durability and are able to withstand the rigors of repeated use over time with no loss of physical properties.
