1. Choose PROCESSING METHOD to sort our products by manufacturing process; for example, extrusion, injection molding, blow molding, or overmolding.

2. Choose MEDICAL DEVICE to view our products by where they are used in medical devices; for example, in tubing or film.

3. Choose ALTERNATIVE MATERIAL if you’re looking for a TPE alternative to an existing material like PVC, TPU, silicone, rubber (ex. Latex), etc.

The Medalist® MD-84000 series is the premier choice for medical cables and electrosurgical instruments. These medical-grade TPEs exhibit superior mechanical and electrical properties before and after repeat sterilization, offer improved processing, and enhance the look and feel of the end product—especially when compared to the TPVs (thermoplastic vulcanizates) that are currently the industry standard. These grades are UL-rated, made with FDA compliant ingredients, and are RoHS and REACH SVHC compliant.
