In this role, Laflamme will report directly to CEO, Don Wiseman, and lead the company’s global HR strategy. In her previous role as Vice President of Talent Management, Laflamme was instrumental in driving talent development, and organizational growth. Her strategic vision and commitment to cultivating people-centered practices have been instrumental in supporting the company’s mission and values.
As CHRO, Laflamme will oversee all aspects of the global human resources strategy, driving initiatives that align with Teknor Apex’s ambitious growth plans and furthering the company’s reputation as an employer of choice. She will play a pivotal role in advancing a commitment to innovation, partnership, sustainability, and integrity - while fostering a collaborative, inclusive culture across Teknor Apex’s nine U.S. locations and operations in Europe and Asia.
In her tenure at Teknor Apex, Laflamme championed transformative initiatives that elevated the company’s culture and advanced employee development. She introduced a global employee feedback process to capture actionable insights, strengthen engagement, and identify opportunities to create a more empowering workplace.
