Teknor Apex Honored for Excellence in Health, Safety, and Environmental Performance

New PVC compounds contain up to 50% recycled content and offer comparable performance to standard PVC compounds in flexible cord, pump cables and IMSA applications.

(Teknor Apex, Pawtucket, RI USA, December 18, 2025) … Teknor Apex Company (“Teknor Apex”) is proud to announce that four of its manufacturing facilities have been honored by the Vinyl Institute (VI) as part of its 2025 Health, Safety, and Environmental Awards Program. These awards reflect Teknor Apex’s long-standing commitment to operational excellence, environmental stewardship, and protecting the health and safety of its employees across all operations.

The Vinyl Institute’s annual awards recognize facilities that demonstrate exceptional performance based on U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP), Toxic Release Inventory (TRI) data, and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) safety metrics for the 2024 calendar year.
