Flexalloy® PVC Elastomers for Electrical & Electronics
Flexalloy® PVC elastomers are formulated to comply with UL 62 150°C heat deformation testing. Many of these compounds are UL recognized as wet-rated insulation or jacket materials. They are extremely flexible, have a broad operating temperature range (105°C to -60°C), are resistant to sunlight, abrasion, oils and chemicals, and have a high degree of flame retardancy. They exhibit excellent thermal stability, and offer a broad extrusion processing window.
Flexalloy 89500 Series - Elastomeric Wet-Rated Insulation Compounds
Flexalloy 89500 series includes a wide range of compounds for wet-rated insulation materials. which perform well in extreme environments such as oil exploration.

Flexalloy 9600 series includes a wide range of compounds from general purpose to high performance for extreme environments such as oil exploration.
Wire & Cable
With a brittle point <-60°C and a high temperature rating of 105°C, Flexalloy elastomers are UL Recognized components for outdoor and wet location uses in applications such as flexible cord insulation and jacket. These compounds, which are extremely flexible, are resistant to sunlight, abrasion, oils, and chemicals, and have a high degree of flame retardance.
