Exterior

Flexalloy® compounds are ideal for extruded exterior moldings that improve the seal at connection points of various vehicle body components, such as roof ditch and body side molding. The durable Flexalloy® elastomers offer superior abrasion, as well as scratch and mar resistance that exterior applications demand. Additionally, their UV stability, excellent cold weather performance, and a Class A surface appearance deliver exceptional performance and quality that withstands tough outdoor conditions.

Sealing Systems

The sealing system of a vehicle must be able to withstand both constant and fluctuating pressure in order to keep liquid, air, or noise—or a combination of the three—out of the cabin. With inherent durability, excellent weatherability, and UV resistance, Flexalloy® compounds retain color and surface appearance through the rigors of frequent use, making them an ideal material for even the most challenging sealing system.
